Ethical business practices are essential to all organizations' success. Learn to identify ethical dilemmas in business and develop a decision-making process to manage them.
Objectives:

ethics, balance personal values and organizational ethics, and follow a process
for making good decisions when ethical dilemmas arise.

This course covers the three phases of the problem-solving process and how to complete each phase. Students will be able to identify a problem's root causes, develop and implement an effective solution, and track the success of your solution. Additionally, this course provides students with processes and guidelines for both quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques. Students will learn about the responsibilities of a problem-solving team leader and how to manage a problem-solving team meeting. Students will know their responsibilities as a team leader, be able to conduct an effective team meeting, motivate team members, and communicate effectively.
